By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our consultation form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from AutoClose AI. This is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

3.2 Types of Messages You Will Receive

By enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to receive the following types of messages:

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 4-6 messages per month. During active engagement periods (e.g., when booking consultations or receiving follow-up communication), message frequency may temporarily increase. We respect your time and will not send excessive messages.

3.5 Opt-Out and Unsubscribe Instructions

You can stop receiving SMS messages from AutoClose AI at any time by using any of these methods:

  • Text "STOP": Reply with the word STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us
  • Email Request: Email us at hello@autoclose.ai with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
  • Phone Request: Call us at (555) 123-4567 and request to be removed from SMS communications

After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed from AutoClose AI SMS messages. You will not receive further messages from us. Reply START to resubscribe."

Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. We honor all opt-out requests immediately and permanently.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
